NextGen Academy Store is the official gear shop for the NextGen Academy community — students, parents, families, and guides. Every product is designed exclusively for NextGen Academy and won't be found anywhere else. This is how the NextGen community levels up together.

Orders are fulfilled by Alpha School Store — the same trusted fulfillment operation powering the broader Alpha School community. Your packing slip, shipping label, and return address will all reflect NextGen Academy Store.

Yes. Every item in this store was built for NextGen Academy. You won't find these products on Alpha School Store or anywhere else. When you wear it, you're repping something real.

We carry a mix of ready-to-ship prefab items and custom-made-to-order pieces, including embroidered and personalized products. Check each product listing to see whether an item is custom or prefab before placing your order. Custom items can take longer to ship by a few days.

Ordering & Account

Yes. A login is required to purchase from NextGen Academy Store. We ask every customer to create an account so we can better understand and serve our community. It's quick, it's free, and it keeps us connected — just like everything at NextGen.

Enter your discount code in the discount field at checkout. Codes are built for specific audiences — students, families, guides, and community members — and are shared directly with the people they're intended for. They aren't published here. Shipping

Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days from the date of fulfillment. Custom and made-to-order items may require additional production time before they ship — any extended lead times will be clearly noted on the product page before you buy.

Shipping is calculated based on your order weight and destination. There is no minimum order amount. You'll see your exact shipping cost at checkout before you commit to anything.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Outside that window, all sales are final — so review your order carefully before it ships.

No. Custom and made-to-order items — including anything embroidered or personalized — are final sale. Review your customization details carefully before placing your order. If something looks off, contact us before you buy and we'll get it sorted.

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Email info@alphaschool.store or submit a request through our contact form. Include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange and we'll take it from there.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect. Use a trackable shipping method — we want to make sure your return makes it back safely.
